After the long push and pull between the Kenya ports authority and the kenyan government finally the port has been returned to to Mombasa from Naivasha inland port. The move not only did it reduce the congestion on the Nairobi -Mombasa highway,it also helped reduce the accidents that were daily increasing.On the other hand,many people were also left jobless eg the truck drivers as their jobs were taken over by the railway transportation.            When the port was moved to Naivasha,many Mombasa residents were rendered jobless.
